  (Let us lessen the stress and simplify the process of what you really need in the
  first ten days – and then use our system to complete the (long) list of compliance
  requirements to get your office running smoothly
• Welcome Team Visit (get your team excited, keep the confusion away, and let us
  introduce your team to ours
• Access to OSHA and HIPAA video trainings that will satisfy the requirements of
  annual training when purchasing a new office (bonus this can be achieved in an
  extended lunch hour so your whole team can accomplish together and on time
  *Note: Customize Compliance suggests doing a live/in person class to satisfy this
  requirement annually moving forward with your team as this is a gray area in
  what the regulatory agencies want to see and what is law but this will cover what
  is required in the first ten days of purchasing a new practice)
• In- person walk through (walk through of office that ends with a comprehensive
  list of what is needed/missing as well as resources/labels/signage provided with
  service- implemented immediately)
• 12 month access to Done Desk’s custom online resources and support (your office will
  have its very own space in our online resource database that your whole team can see
  and access) *Bonus- this helps to get your team info in one place and we can set
  up for you to get birthday and workiverssary reminders (don’t be that boss)
• Printed OSHA and HIPAA manuals (updated annually)(**$650 face value without
  the stress of having to build it yourself!**) (We will help you to gather all the info
  that you need to plug into our resource database to complete your required
  annual OSHA and HIPAA manuals in only 20-30 minutes- and we will print it for
  you and deliver or ship ready to go in a binder with tabs to keep documents
  organized and easy to access. (*It is not required to have printed copies of these
  but at Customize Compliance we highly recommend it and we are happy to share
  why * you will have access to a digital copy of your manual yearly- the printed
  version we offer as a bonus from us to you!)
• Customize Compliance is going to provide you with a locking binder to keep your
  required confidential records in one place
• Access to free training (Done Desk has MANY (tons even) of free
  training available to you and all employees at your office- there are even ways to
  tailor and add your own trainings that are specific to your office (ie: want to have
  pictures or videos of how you complete a tray set up or OP set up in your office
  for yearly training or new hire onboarding- we can do that!)
• Access to documentation forms for easy and accurate record keeping for the
  long run (we have already created forms to help make it easy for you and your
  team to keep up with the required records)
• Annually Customize Compliance is going to provide you with an Annual Safer
  Needle Devices form for documentation to go over with your team along with
  available options on the market for safer needle handling
